NOVELTY - Preparing a highly stable silver nanowire/graphene oxide composite transparent conductive film involves obtaining silver nanowire ink and graphene oxide ink (AgNW) by taking silver nanowire dispersion liquid as a precursor solution and mixing with auxiliary agent, where concentration of AgNW is 0.1-20mg/mL, and then using graphene oxide dispersion as the precursor solution, and mixing with auxiliary agent to obtain graphene oxid (GO) ink and concentration of GO is 0.1-1mg/mL. The substrate is cleaned to obtain the substrate after pretreatment. USE - Method for preparing a highly stable silver nanowire/graphene oxide composite transparent conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare highly stable silver nanowire/graphene oxide composite transparent conductive film, which has good photoelectric property, and excellent oxidation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The AgNW/GO composite film is obtained by first applying AgNW ink on the substrate after pretreatment until the thickness of the formed wet film is 10-50 mu m, and then curing at 40-50 degrees C for 15-20 minutes to form AgNW film, then applying GO ink on the AgNW film until the thickness of the formed wet film is 10-50 mu m, and then curing at 40-50 degrees C for 15-20 minutes to form an AgNW/GO composite film. The AgNW/GO composite film is placed in an oven at 100-120 degrees C for 1-2 hours to form an AgNW/GO composite transparent conductive film.
