▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing 3D printed graphene reinforced titanium-based composite material comprises (i) mixing 0.01-10 vol.% graphene nano sheets and matrix powder, carrying out low energy ball milling having a material ratio of 1:0.5-10 at a speed of 100-600 revolutions/minute, performing intermittent forward and reverse ball milling for 1-48 hours and mixing uniformly to obtain composite powder and (ii) vacuum drying the composite powder, loading into a powder feeding container of 3D printing equipment protected by argon atmosphere, using 3D printing three dimensional molding technology to obtain the product which is cooled to room temperature at 3D printing chamber. USE - The method is useful in preparing 3D printed graphene reinforced titanium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent comprehensive performance and ensures no cracking tendency.
