NOVELTY - Method for synthesizing metal-organic framework (MOF)-magnetic graphene hybrid material involves (a) preparing graphene oxide solution, (b) preparing magnetic ferric oxide microspheres, (c) self-assembling dopamine on the surface of magnetic ferric oxide microspheres to obtain polydopamine membrane and preparing ferric oxide/polydopamine nanoparticles and (d) synthesizing chiral MOF material, dispersing ferric oxide/polydopamine nanoparticles in graphene oxide solution and adding copper acetate monohydrate, S-malic acid and 4,4'-bipyridine in methanol solution/water. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing MOF-magnetic graphene hybrid material, which is used for rapid selective adsorption of propranolol hydrochloride enantiomers for cytotoxicity in vitro (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and rapidly synthesizes MOF-magnetic graphene hybrid material. The synthesized MOF-magnetic graphene hybrid material has good dispersion, and stable structural properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for synthesizing metal-organic framework (MOF)-magnetic graphene hybrid material, involves (a) preparing graphene oxide solution, (b) preparing magnetic ferric oxide microspheres by hydrothermal synthesis, (c) self-assembling dopamine on the surface of magnetic ferric oxide microspheres at room temperature using alkaline buffer solution to obtain polydopamine membrane, and preparing ferric oxide/polydopamine nanoparticles, and (d) synthesizing chiral MOF material using S-malic acid as chiral ligand, dispersing ferric oxide/polydopamine nanoparticles in graphene oxide solution by one-step synthesis method, and gradually adding solution of copper acetate monohydrate, S-malic acid and 4,4'-bipyridine in methanol solution/water.
