▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High radiative heat-conducting plastic comprises 45-50 wt.% liquid crystal polymer, 1-2 wt.% single arrow diamond-type nano graphene microchips, 45-50 wt.% filler, 1-2 wt.% glass fiber and 0.1-1 wt.% coupling agent, where the filler is a mixed powder of nitride and nano-oxide. USE - Used as high radiative heat-conducting plastic. ADVANTAGE - The plastic has excellent mechanical property, and has strong structure force to meet market demand. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of high radiative heat-conducting plastic comprising (i) screening the liquid crystal polymer, single arrow diamond-type nano-graphene microchips, filler, glass fiber and coupling agent, (ii) drying the filtered liquid crystal polymer obtained in step (i), (iii) ball milling the screened single arrow diamond-type nano graphene microchips, nitride, glass fiber and nano-oxide after screening, (iv) mixing the liquid crystal polymer obtained in step (ii), single arrow diamond-type nano graphene microchips, nitride, glass fiber and nano-oxide with coupling agent, melting, then extruding, cooling and granulating, and (v) drying the granulated product in step (iv) and packaging to obtain final product.
