NOVELTY - Preparing corrosion-resistant nano molybdenum disulfide-reduced graphene oxide-epoxy composite coating involves adding 0.5g graphene oxide to 30 ml deionized water and shaking by ultrasonic cleaner for 1 hour, then adding 1 g ammonium molybdate and 1.5 g thiourea to the graphene oxide solution and stirring for 2 hours, pouring the mixed solution into hydrothermal reactor, and reacting at 220 degrees C for 16 hours. The reaction product is washed three times with mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water. USE - Method for preparing corrosion-resistant nano molybdenum disulfide-reduced graphene oxide-epoxy composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare corrosion-resistant nano molybdenum disulfide-reduced graphene oxide-epoxy composite coating improves corrosion resistance and permeation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing corrosion-resistant nano molybdenum disulfide-reduced graphene oxide-epoxy composite coating involves adding 0.5g graphene oxide to 30 ml deionized water and shaking by ultrasonic cleaner for 1 hour, then adding 1 g ammonium molybdate and 1.5 g thiourea to the graphene oxide solution and stirring for 2 hours, pouring the mixed solution into hydrothermal reactor, and reacting at 220 degrees C for 16 hours. The reaction product is washed three times with mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, and finally molybdenum disulfide-reduced graphene oxide-epoxy materials are dried in 333.15K vacuum oven. The 1g molybdenum disulfide-reduced graphene oxide nanohybrid material is taken and put into beaker containing a deionized water/ethanol mixed solution and ultrasonically dispersed in CNC ultrasonic cleaner for 30 minutes, then 0.05g KH560 is added to beaker to obtain solution. The obtained solution is transferred to three-necked flask, and then reaction is stirred at 85 degrees C in water bath for 8 hours, vacuum filtered, and dried. The base material and modified molybdenum disulfide-reduced graphene oxide nanohybrid material are mixed, and ultrasonically dispersed for 30 minutes to form a uniform dispersion system, and then transferred into spray gun to obtain rectangular steel sheet. The obtained rectangular steel sheet is subjected to blasting treatment and is cured at room temperature for 7 days to obtain final product.
