▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electric heating coating paint comprises 70-80 %mass silicone rubber, 8-12 %mass modified carbon nanotubes, 4-6 %mass modified graphene and remaining diluents, where the modified carbon nanotubes are obtained by sequentially performing silver plating and octadecylamine grafting treatments on carbon nanotubes. The modified graphene is obtained by sequentially performing silver plating and octadecylamine grafting treatment on graphene. USE - The electric heating coating paint is used for manufacturing an electric heating coating which is used for an anti-icing and snow system (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating made of the electric heating coating paint has the characteristics of high heat dissipation efficiency, low electric heating energy consumption and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an electric heating coating formed by the above-mentioned paint, and further comprising a conductive layer and an insulating layer, where the conductive layer is located inside the electric heating coating, and the insulating layer includes an inner insulating layer and an outer insulating layer, which serve as the inner and outer surfaces of the electric heating coating; (2) a method of manufacturing an electric heating coating, involving spraying the electric heating coating paint on the inner insulating layer, arranged a conductive layer on the paint, spraying the electric heating coating paint again on the conductive layer, and then covering and curing the outer insulating layer to obtain an electric heating coating; and (3) an anti-icing and snow system comprising the electric heating coating, and further includes a power supply connected to the electrodes on the electric heating coating, and is used to electrically heat the electric heating coating, a thermocouple fixed on the surface of the electric heating coating for monitoring the temperature of the electric heating coating, a temperature acquisition module connected to the thermocouple, and for receiving the temperature signal fed back by the thermocouple, a control center connected to the temperature acquisition module, and is used to receive the temperature signal collected by the temperature acquisition module and send a temperature control signal, and a temperature control module connected to the control center and the power source, and is used to receive the temperature control signal sent by the control center and control the on and off of the power source.
