NOVELTY - The coating comprises substrate layer, and zirconium dioxide coating covered on substrate layer. The zirconium dioxide coating is doped with polydopamine (PDA)/gamma-alumina nanosheet as reinforcing phase. USE - Alumina nanosheet reinforced zirconium dioxide tritium-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The alumina nanosheet reinforced zirconium dioxide tritium-resistant coating has excellent barrier gas permeation ability, and improved anti-tritium performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of alumina nanosheet reinforced zirconium dioxide tritium-resistant coating comprising taking graphene as template, preparing gamma-alumina nanosheet, preparing PDA modified gamma-alumina nanosheet, adding PDA/gamma-alumina nanosheet into zirconium dioxide sol to obtain zirconium sol, preparing zirconium sol on substrate layer by pulling and heat treatment, and forming.
