▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-strength formaldehyde-free adhesive comprises 20% corn starch, 0.05% graphene oxide, 5% acid stable alpha -amylase, 2% guar gum, 8% diatomite, 0.5% bamboo fiber, 0.3% Hydropalat 875 (RTM: Wetting and dispersing agent to optimize dispersing process of pigments), 10% beta -cyclodextrin and water (remaining amount). USE - The adhesive is useful in furniture (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-strength formaldehyde-free adhesive has antibacterial, mildewproof and mothproof effect, and is harmless to human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the adhesive, comprising (i) preparing 35% starch solution using water, ultrasonically processing at 70 degrees C for 15 minutes under the frequency of 30 kHz and the power of 120 W, and filtering, (ii) adding acid stable alpha -amylase, adjusting pH to 4-4.5 and subjecting to enzymatic hydrolysis for 35 minutes, (iii) adjusting pH to 7-7.5, adding dispersant, graphene oxide and beta -cyclodextrin, and stirring for 15 minutes, and (iv) adding remaining raw materials and stirring for 60 minutes.
