NOVELTY - A fiber lubricant is prepared by oxidizing-reducing epoxidized product containing unsaturated fatty acid or its ester, and graphene. USE - Fiber lubricant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lightweight material formed using the fiber lubricant has excellent compatibility, impact resistance and strength, and low density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of fiber lubricant, which involves mixing unsaturated fatty acid or its ester and organic acid, adding strong acid as catalyst to mixture, mixing mixture, adding graphene powder to solution and stirring to form black uniform dispersion, dripping hydrogen peroxide solution to dispersion, reacting mixture for 1-24 hours, separating mixture, removing water layer and oil layer, washing oil layer with alkaline solution, washing with water to neutral, distilling low-boiling substances at 100 degrees C or less under reduced pressure, to obtain purified epoxidized product of graphene-containing unsaturated fatty acid or its ester.
