NOVELTY - Composite honeycomb panel material and its preparation method, involves (a) drying polypropylene, aluminum silicate fiber, vermiculite and graphene oxide in a constant temperature blast drying oven, (b) weighing polypropylene, aluminum silicate fiber, vermiculite and graphene oxide, adding white oil to polypropylene, pouring all the other raw materials and polypropylene to a mixing cylinder, tightly closing the lid, tightening the bolts and nuts, starting the button, pausing until the blade stops rotating, and repeating the above two steps until the raw materials are mixed, (c) feeding the homogeneous mixture to a twin-screw extruder through a barrel for melting, (d) blending the molten extruded film, extruding through an extruder, cooling, granulating, and drying in the blast drying oven, and (e) injection-molding the premix, heat-preserving, and placing the obtained polypropylene-honeycomb composite material by injection molding at room temperature before performance testing. USE - Composite honeycomb panel material. ADVANTAGE - The material adopts one-step method hot pressing forming to prepare the sandwich panel, reduces the energy loss and cost of industrial production, and adopts simple and easy operation process, and improves the strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and processability of the composite material while ensuring the mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite honeycomb panel material and its preparation method, involves (a) drying polypropylene, aluminum silicate fiber, vermiculite and graphene oxide in a constant temperature blast drying oven at 70℃ for 5 hours, (b) weighing polypropylene, aluminum silicate fiber, vermiculite and graphene oxide, adding white oil to polypropylene, pouring all the other raw materials and polypropylene to a mixing cylinder, tightly closing the lid, tightening the bolts and nuts, starting the button, pausing once after about 12 seconds until the blade stops rotating, and repeating the above two steps until the raw materials are mixed evenly, (c) feeding the homogeneous mixture to a twin-screw extruder through a barrel for melting, during the experiment, the temperature of the twin-screw extruder is set at 180-200℃, and the speed of the main screw is 120 rpm, and the time is set for 12 minutes, (d) blending the molten extruded film, extruding through an extruder, cooling, granulating, and drying in the blast drying oven at 70℃ for 5 hours, and (e) injection-molding the premix at 180-220℃ under an injection pressure of 0.4-0.5 MPa, where the holding pressure is 0.5-0.8 MPa, heat-preserving for 15-30 seconds, and placing the obtained polypropylene-honeycomb composite material by injection molding at room temperature for at least 24 hours before performance testing.
