▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon fiber electrode comprises carbon fiber current collector (3), conductive adhesive layer (2) and active carbon layer (1). The carbon fiber current collector that is connected with active carbon layer through conductive adhesive layer. USE - The electrode is useful for preparing structural supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive adhesive layer improves the adhesive force between the active carbon layer and the carbon fiber current collector, the porous structure and the large specific surface area of the active layer, and the specific surface and specific capacity of the carbon fiber electrode, has low resistance and adhesive property, improves the smooth surface of the current collector, and provides rough and easy-absorbing plane environment for the carbon layer. The method of preparing carbon fiber electrode is simplified and does not reduce the strength of carbon fiber, and improves the surface area and specific capacitance of the electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the carbon fiber electrode, comprising (1) soaking the carbon fiber cloth with acetone, cleaning off the glue coating agent and dust on the surface of the carbon fiber, drying, and cutting to obtain carbon fiber current collector, (2) using scraper to coat, dipping, rolling or spraying conductive adhesive layer on the surface of the carbon fiber current collector, and drying, (3) mixing and stirring 65-90% activated carbon, 5-15% conductive agent and 5-20% binder to form slurry, and (4) coating the prepared slurry to the surface of the conductive adhesive layer, and drying to form activated carbon layer to obtain carbon fiber electrode.
