▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hydrothermally synthesizing bismuth trisulfide-reduced graphene oxide composite thermoelectric material, comprises (1) dissolving bismuth nitrate pentahydrate in a water bath and magnetically stirring, (2) dissolving CH5N3S in a water bath and magnetically stirring, (3) dissolving urea under the condition of magnetic stirring, (4) adding rGO (4mg/ml) into the mixed solution, dividing the addition amount into 5 ml, 10 ml, 15 ml and 20 ml, and the mixing time is 10 minutes, (5) dropping the CH5N3S solution into the mixed solution, and stirring evenly, (6) dropping the urea solution into the mixed solution, and stirring evenly, (7) adding the mixed solution into the reaction kettle for reaction, (8) centrifuging, washing and drying the reaction solution, and (9) pressing into tablets, and calcining in a tube furnace. USE - The method is useful for hydrothermal synthesis of bismuth trisulfide-reduction oxidation-graphene composite thermoelectric material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a non-toxic bismuth trisulfide-reduction oxidation-graphene composite thermoelectric material with low price, and good thermal conductivity and performance.
