NOVELTY - The preparation of electromagnetic shielding magnetic material/graphene paper involves preparing graphene paper by adding graphite to ethanol, stirring, ultrasonically processing, filtering, drying, adding concentrated nitric acid/concentrated sulfuric acid, ultrasonically processing, adding deionized water, filtering, washing, drying to obtain graphene paper, crushing paper, dispersing in deionized water, mixing magnetic material precursor solution and graphene suspension, stirring, adding alkaline solution, transferring solution to reactor and performing hydrothermal reaction. USE - Preparation of electromagnetic shielding magnetic material/graphene paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of lightweight electromagnetic shielding magnetic material/graphene paper with controlled magnetic material size, low thickness and high shielding efficiency without adding polymer and is suitable for batch production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of electromagnetic shielding magnetic material/graphene paper involves preparing graphene paper by adding 0.1-10 g graphite to 10-2000 ml ethanol solution, stirring, ultrasonically processing, vacuum-filtering, drying in vacuum at 40-150 degrees C, adding 1-1000 ml concentrated nitric acid/concentrated sulfuric acid, ultrasonically processing for 1-150 hours, adding 2 l deionized water, vacuum filtering, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying at 40-150 degrees C to obtain graphene paper, crushing paper, uniformly dispersing in deionized water to form suspension of graphene, mixing magnetic material precursor solution and graphene suspension, stirring for 1-100 minutes, adding alkaline solution, transferring mixed solution to high-pressure reactor, performing hydrothermal reaction at 100-200 degrees C for 6-18 hours, vacuum filtering, washing with deionized water 1-3 times, vacuum drying at 40-150 degrees C to obtain weak or strong magnetic material/graphene paper. The weak magnetic material/graphene paper comprises iron (III) oxide, nickel (II) oxide and cobalt (II) oxide. The strong magnetic material/graphene paper comprises iron (III) oxide and ( gamma )-iron (III) oxide.
