▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A degradable plastic masterbatch comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 12-16 pts. wt. Indocalamusleaf powder, 10-15 pts. wt. modified biochar, 4-8 pts. wt. calcium lignosulfonate, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. dioctyl adipate and 0.5-1 pt. wt. polyethylene glycol. USE - Degradable plastic masterbatch for plastic products used for packaging, building and daily use. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy and convenient for batch processing and production. The Indocalamusleaf powder improves mechanical properties, such as toughness and strength. The modified biochar improves biodegradability of the product. The modified biochar and Indocalamusleaf powder provide space for activity of microorganisms and nutrition required by metabolism, help biodegradation, and avoid secondary pollution of air or soil caused by plastic products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the degradable plastic masterbatch, which involves (S1) mixing polylactic acid, Indocalamusleaf powder, modified biochar and calcium lignosulfonate at 100-120℃ and 300-400 rpm for 5-10 minutes, (S2) adding dioctyl adipate and polyethylene glycol to the mixture and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and (S3) extruding and granulating the mixed material.
