▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing phosphorus doped graphene sheets, comprises adding n-butyl phosphate into dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide modified bentonite suspension, stirring, separating the precipitate from the liquid, washing the precipitate, drying, grinding, passing over 20-40 mesh sieve to obtain modified bentonite powder; heating under vacuum, vacuum calcining, and cooling to room temperature; adding the calcined powder into 5-10 ml hydrofluoric acid solution, stirring under nitrogen protection, precipitating, baking and drying; and heating the resulting product, and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing phosphorus doped graphene sheets (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses simple materials and has mild conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing phosphorus doped graphene sheets, comprises (i) passing bentonite via 20-50 mesh sieve, adding 0.1-1 mass% bentonite into 0.1-0.5 mmol dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide solution, stirring at 60-70 degrees C by placing on the water bath for 5-6 hours, and aging for 12-24 hours, to obtain dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide modified bentonite suspension; (ii) adding 4-8 mmol n-butyl phosphate into dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide modified bentonite suspension, stirring at 60-70 degrees C in water bath for 6-8 hours, separating the precipitate from the liquid, then washing the precipitate with deionized water 2-3 times, drying, grinding, passing over 20-40 mesh sieve to obtain modified bentonite powder; (iii) placing the bentonite powder in a vacuum furnace, heating under vacuum to 400-600 degrees C, vacuum calcining for 2-4 hours, and cooling to room temperature; (iv) adding the calcined powder into 5-10 ml (20-40%) hydrofluoric acid solution, stirring under nitrogen protection for 3-4 hours, precipitating, baking and drying; and (v) heating the resulting product under vacuum to 2000-2500 degrees C, for 3-6 hours, and cooling.
