NOVELTY - A polymer composite material comprises a metal nano-particles, polyacrylic acid and graphene according to mass ratio of 0.5-8:1-10:0.01-0.1. USE - Polymer composite material for use in a chemical modified electrode (claimed) that is utilized for electro-chemical determination of glucose. ADVANTAGE - The material has high electro-catalytic performance, and improves sensitivity in the glucose determination process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a polymer composite material, which involves mixing graphene oxide, the polyacrylic acid and a metal salt compound in a solvent to obtain a solution, and adding a reducing agent with the solution to obtain a finished product (2) a chemical modified electrode.
