NOVELTY - A patterning graphene preparation method involves coating an adhesive material on a graphene surface, which grows on a catalytic metallic substrate to a designed pattern, coating a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) layer on the graphene surface, and performing thermosetting by soaking the obtained sample in an etching solution to remove the catalytic metallic substrate, where the graphene with the adhesive material and the PDMS floats in the solution. The resultant material is transferred onto a target substrate followed by stripping the PDMS from the target substrate to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing patterning graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the patterning graphene in a simple manner.
