▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene intercalated mesoporous carbon nitride photo-catalyst comprises adding 15-25 pts. wt. silica sol into 50-60 pts. wt. 50% cyanamide aqueous solution under stirring condition, adding 8-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, stirring for 2.5-3.5 hours to mix completely, drying at 45-55 degrees C for 47-49 hours, grinding finely the obtained semi-transparent block, placing in a quartz boat, heating in nitrogen atmosphere in a tubular furnace, raising the temperature to 510-530 degrees C for 5-6 hours at a heating speed of 4 degrees C/minute, treating the obtained solid with 3.5 mol/l ammonium hydrogen fluoride for 71-73 hours to remove silicon dioxide template, then centrifuging mixture and washing with distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol for 4-6 times, and drying at 45-55 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for graphene intercalated mesoporous carbon nitride photo-catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, quick and easy to operate. The photo catalyst has strong thermal stability and photo responsiveness, and good catalytic effect.
