NOVELTY - The substrate has inner and outer metal layers arranged in a Raman base substrate main body. Graphene thin films are arranged on the metal layers. A metal material of the metal layers is included with gold, silver, platinum, copper, aluminum, lithium, sodium, titanium, potassium, nickel, palladium and gallium. The metal layers are provided with metal thin films and metal nanometer granules. Thickness of each metal thin film is 50 nm. The Raman base substrate main body is included with a plastic substrate, a glass substrate, a silicon substrate or aluminum oxide substrate. USE - Raman substrate. ADVANTAGE - The substrate can maintain thickness of each graphene thin film and the metal layers, thus enhancing valid electric field intensity of a Raman signal. The substrate ensures better Raman detection efficiency, sensitivity, uniformity and reliability. The substrate can detect objects mol concentration for testing a space resolution Raman image in an even manner by the Raman signal.
