▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing technique of hydrophobic eiderdown without fluorocarbons comprises (S1) gathering the feather together, and using a pressing plate to flatten the feather to obtain flat feather, (S2) using laser to pre-treat the feather to form holes in the feather, (S3) placing the feather in step (S2) into the container after heating, adding graphene material into the container, and vibrating the container, so that the graphene material enters the holes of the feather, (S4) taking out the feather in step (S3) from the container and cooling to room temperature, and (S5) kneading the feather in step (S4), and making the feather change back to fluffy. USE - The method is useful for preparing technique of hydrophobic eiderdown without fluorocarbons. ADVANTAGE - The method punches holes on the feather body, fills the holes with substances with a porous structure, can absorb more air, when the feather encounters water vapor, the air on the porous material forms an air film to block the water vapor, and improves the hydrophobic performance of the feather.
