NOVELTY - Ultra-long structure high anti-crack compensation shrinkage concrete comprises 140-180 pts. wt. cement, 60-100 pts. wt. fly ash, 70-100 pts. wt. mineral powder, 800-1000 pts. wt. sand, 800-1000 pts. wt. crushed stone, 20-50 pts. wt. expanding agent, 12-16 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. hydration heat inhibitor, 150-170 pts. wt. water, and 2-6 pts. wt. modified phase change microcapsule. The preparation method of modified phase change micro-capsule is as follows: emulsifying, mixing paraffin and water, heating until the paraffin is completely melted, adding compound emulsifier, emulsifying to obtain paraffin emulsion, loading, mixing paraffin emulsion and zeolite, filtering, drying to obtain zeolite loaded with paraffin, preparing graphene aqueous dispersion, graphene phase change microcapsule, and modified phase change microcapsule, adding into urea resin prepolymer, heating, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain modified phase change microcapsule. USE - The ultra-long structure high anti-crack compensation shrinkage concrete is useful in ultra-long concrete structure e.g. large aerial station, and also useful in civil engineering materials. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-long structure high anti-crack compensation shrinkage concrete has good workability and durability, and reduces temperature change crack without reducing the compressive strength of concrete.
