NOVELTY - Graphene is prepared from crystalline graphite flake by adding graphite flake in 4-22C hydrocarbon solvent, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes to form graphite dispersion oil; injecting graphite dispersion oil to an oil box of a mechanical friction device, adding friction load of 150-300 N and carrying out mechanical friction at speed of 0.1-0.8 m/second and at oil temperature of 40-60 degrees C for 2 hours; and taking out the oil after friction process, performing reduced pressure distillation at 0.01-0.03 MPa at 70-90 degrees C and recovering solvent to obtain graphene. USE - Method of preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly, has simple, easy and controllable operation, stable and controllable product quality, and high yield of single layer graphene.
