NOVELTY - The detector has a uniform and compact zinc oxide film (2) fixed on a surface of a metal wire substrate (1). A zinc oxide nano-rod array (3) is arranged on a surface of the uniform and compact zinc oxide film along vertical direction. The zinc oxide nano-rod array is coated on an outer surface of a polyethylene carbazole layer (4). A surface of the polyethylene carbazole layer is provided with a silver wire (5) and arranged parallel to the metal wire substrate. A single layer graphene film is fixed on an outermost layer of a structure (6). A metal wire comprises a titanium or zinc wire. USE - Zinc oxide nano-rod array based optimized interface/polyvinyl carbazole/graphene hybrid fiber-like UV light detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector realizes interface contact of a fibrous detector in an effective manner and improves detector performance.
