NOVELTY - Pavement wear layer with high-efficiency snow melting and ice melting function comprises components (A), (B) and (C) at a mass ratio of 100:(20-40):(200-300), where the component (A) comprises hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, nano-titanium dioxide graft modified epoxy resin, elasticity modifier, polyphenoxy resin PKHB, diglycidyl aniline, BYK-066N (RTM: Wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne coatings and pigment concentrates), BYK-163 (RTM: Solution of foam destroying polysiloxane), and fumed silica, the component (B) comprises polyoxypropylene triamine T-403, 1,3-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane, m-xylenediamine modified product, o-hydroxybenzyl dimethylamine, isopropyl tris(isostearoyl) titanate, zinc powder pigment, and fumed silica, and the component (C) comprises steel residue powder particles, powdered graphene, and chopped carbon fibers. USE - As pavement wear layer with high-efficiency snow melting and ice melting function. ADVANTAGE - The pavement wear layer has low energy consumption, low cost, convenient construction and maintenance, high electrothermal conversion efficiency, excellent snow melting and ice melting efficiency and long service life, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Pavement wear layer with high-efficiency snow melting and ice melting function comprises components (A), (B) and (C) at a mass ratio of 100:(20-40):(200-300), where the component (A) comprises 100 parts mass hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, 30-50 parts mass nano-titanium dioxide graft modified epoxy resin, 10-20 parts mass elasticity modifier, 10-20 parts mass polyphenoxy resin PKHB, 5-12 parts mass diglycidyl aniline, 0.1-0.3 part mass BYK-066N (RTM: Wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne coatings and pigment concentrates), 0.1-0.3 part mass BYK-163 (RTM: Solution of foam destroying polysiloxane), and 0.5-1.5 parts mass fumed silica, the component (B) comprises 100 parts mass polyoxypropylene triamine T-403, 20-30 parts mass 1,3-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane, 10-20 parts mass m-xylenediamine modified product, 3-8 parts mass o-hydroxybenzyl dimethylamine, 1-2 parts mass isopropyl tris(isostearoyl) titanate, 0.1-0.5 part mass zinc powder pigment, and 0.5-1.5 parts mass fumed silica, and the component (C) comprises 100 parts mass steel residue powder particles, 20-40 parts mass powdered graphene, and 10-20 parts mass chopped carbon fibers. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the pavement wear layer with efficient snow melting and deicing function, which involves (i) taking the above-mentioned raw materials, adding the raw materials to a stirrer, stirring at 300-400 rpm for 5-10 minutes to obtain component (A), packaging and storing, (ii) taking the above-mentioned raw materials, adding the raw materials to a high-speed dispersing kettle, dispersing at 1000-1200 rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain component (B), packaging and storing, (iii) taking the above-mentioned raw materials, adding the raw materials to a stirrer, uniformly stirring to obtain component (C), packaging and storing, and (iv) mixing and stirring the component (B) and the component (C) for 10-15 minutes until the mixture is uniform, adding the component (A), mixing and stirring for 2-4 minutes, uniformly smearing or spreading the mixture on the road surface, and curing the material to obtain the road wear layer.
