▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon nanotubes and graphene involves preparing a mixture of carbon nanotube precursor, a graphene precursor and an intercalating compound, heat-treating the resulting mixture to produce an intercalation composite, peeling the intercalation composite in a solvent to prepare a peel solution containing individual carbon nanotubes and graphene, and removing the impurities from the stripping solution. USE - Preparation of carbon nanotubes for forming conductive film used in cover glass, and touch screen panel of display (all claimed) such as thin film transistor, liquid crystal display and organic electroluminescent display. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of carbon nanotubes and graphene having excellent purity, electrical properties and mechanical properties. The film formed using the carbon nanotubes and graphene has excellent deformation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of a conductive film, which involves applying the peel solution onto a target component.
