NOVELTY - Oil spill recycling device comprises grid type oil boom and oil absorption materials. The oil absorbing material is fixed in series below the grid type oil boom. The oil absorbing material is a graphene porous structure and graphene porous structure comprises graphene structural unit. The graphene structural unit is a graphene nano film having a thickness of 30-100 nm and area of 100-40000 mu m2. The edge of graphene nano film is crosslinked with adjacent graphene structural units to form a stereoscopic porous structure. The graphene nano film has a hetero atom content of less than 10 wt.% and defect density ID/IG more than 0.02. USE - Used as oil spill recycling device. ADVANTAGE - The oil spill recycling device: utilizes graphene nano film having a hetero atom content less than 10 wt.% and defect density ID/IG more than 0.02; oil recovery device has is simple in operation, has large oil absorption capacity and long service life.
