▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nanographene powder comprises taking methane as raw material and nitrogen as working medium, performing plasma arc ionization of methane to carbon ions and hydrogen ions, rearranging network of carbon ions in reactor to generate complete structure of graphene powder, discharging hydrogen from hydrogen ions and transferring graphene powder to powder collector through air flow. USE - Method for preparing nanographene powder. ADVANTAGE - The nanographene powder has 2-10 layers of graphene with large diameter each layer, has good structural integrity, and has no sulfur content and low oxygen and impurity contents. The method achieves continuous industrial production.
