NOVELTY - Preparation of aqueous dispersion of graphene comprises dispersing 1-30 mu m graphene sheet layer with 0.35-7 nm thickness in solvent in single or number of layers. The dispersion further comprises surfactant and, chitin nanocrystals and/or chitin nanofibers. The mass ratio of graphene chitin nanocrystals or chitin nanofibers is 10-20:1. The mass ratio of graphene to surfactant is 20-50:1. USE - Method for preparing aqueous dispersion of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersion has high yield, and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.
