NOVELTY - Graphene oxide film comprises graphene oxide sheet having diameter of less than 2000 nm. USE - The film is useful in seawater desalination or sewage filtering (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide film limits the relation of the graphene oxide film thickness and the graphene oxide sheet diameter, reduces the path to be liquid the graphene oxide film, reduces the filtering resistance, and reduce the energy consumption.
