NOVELTY - A graphene/nanosilicon intercalation composite comprises 10-50 %mass nano silicon and 50-90 %mass graphene. The surface of composite material is surface-coupled with functional group by silane coupling agent coupling treatment. USE - Graphene/nanosilicon intercalation composite. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/nanosilicon intercalation composite has excellent surface coupling activity, and is prepared efficiently with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/nanosilicon intercalation composite, which involves mixing nano silicon powder, graphite powder, ammonium sulfite, 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and fuming sulfuric acid, intercalating for 3-4 hours, filtering, washing resultant solid using deionized water until the filtrate is neutral, freeze drying, obtaining graphene/nanosilicon composite material, hydrolyzing silane coupling agent in weak acid solution, obtaining silanol, and mixing obtained silanol with graphene/silicon intercalation nanocomposite, reacting at 75-85 degrees C for 1-3 hours, filtering reaction solution, washing resultant solid using deionized water until the filtrate is neutral, and freeze-drying. The mass of silane coupling agent is 0.1-5 %mass with respect to mass of graphene/nanosilicon composite material.
