NOVELTY - A durable antistatic type polyamide composite material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polyamide substrate, 8-13 pts. wt. abrasion-proof material, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 13-18 pts. wt. toughening compatibilizer, 3-7 pts. wt. modified graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant. The abrasion-proof material comprises modified hexagonal boron nitride microsheet and silicon carbide capsule at weight ratio of 1:5-6. The filler comprises titanium dioxide, carbon black and glass powder at weight ratio of 3:2 2. The polyamide substrate is polyamide-66. USE - Durable antistatic type polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite has good synergistic effect, improved wear resistance, good toughness and interface strength, simple preparation process, high dispersion effect and antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A durable antistatic type polyamide composite material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polyamide substrate, 8-13 pts. wt. abrasion-proof material, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 13-18 pts. wt. toughening compatibilizer, 3-7 pts. wt. modified graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant. The abrasion-proof material comprises modified hexagonal boron nitride microsheet and silicon carbide capsule at weight ratio of 1:5-6. The filler comprises titanium dioxide, carbon black and glass powder at weight ratio of 3:2.2. The polyamide substrate is polyamide-66. The toughening compatibilizer is polyoxyethylene-grafted maleic anhydride. The modified graphene is graphene oxide modified by cyclotriphosphazene at weight ratio of 1:10-15. The carbon fiber is prepared by taking 6K carbon fiber, water bath processing with acetone at 70 degrees C for 24 hours, soaking at room temperature with 65% concentrated nitric acid for 40 minutes, washing with deionized water, and air-oxidizing for 1 hour at 450-500 degrees C. The modified hexagonal boron nitride microsheet is hexagonal boron nitride modified by silane coupling agent according at weight ratio of 100:2. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material comprising mixing abrasion-proof material, filler, modified graphene and dispersant, mixing for 20-30 minutes, adding polyamide substrate, toughening compatibilizer and antioxidant, mixing for 30 minutes, extruding, adding carbon fiber, and extruding at 300-350 revolutions/minute (rpm) and 255-275 degrees C.
