NOVELTY - The facility has a first filter media unit (220) for purifying raw water, and a second filter medium unit (230) provided at a location spaced a predetermined distance from an outlet side of an upper end of the first filter media unit. A bent case includes an opening that is opened by a hinge, and is coupled to upper and lower sides of the opening. A bent portion is provided with an inclined surface that is inclined toward an upper side on one side. The bent portion allows the bent case to have a b shape. A support jaw is provided for supporting the upper side of the open portion. A granular fiber filter media is coated with graphene oxide, and has density of 0.20-0.60 g/cm3 and density of 2.0-160 mu m. USE - Non-point pollution reduction facility. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus is easy to maintain, and prevents clogging of pores due to floating foreign substances.
