NOVELTY - An acid and alkali resistant glass ink comprises 40-70 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane resin, 10-20 pts. wt. nano-alumina, 8-20 pts. wt. coloring agent, 3-5 pts. wt. chitosan-graphene composite material, 1-5 pts. wt. additive, 1-3 pts. wt. glycerol monostearate, 1-2 pts. wt. walnut shell powder, and 5-10 pts. wt. hollow glass beads. USE - Acid and alkali resistant glass ink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The glass ink has excellent acid and alkali resistance and adhesive force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of acid and alkali resistant glass ink, which involves mixing nano-alumina with coloring agent, adding aqueous polyurethane resin to mixed mixture under stirring, dispersing, grinding, adding chitosan-graphene composite material to grinded reaction mixture, ultrasonically grinding for 30-60 minutes, and adding remaining above raw materials to reaction mixture under stirring.
