NOVELTY - A graphene-coated silicone oxide cathode material is prepared by mixing silicon oxide micropowder and graphite micropowder, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid and dispersant, ultrasonically dispersing to form suspension, spray drying and pelletizing at 500-800 degrees C, and heat treating under reducing atmosphere to obtain graphene-coated silicon oxide micropowder and graphite micropowder composite cathode material. Heat treatment is done under hydrogen atmosphere at 500-600 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adjusting atmosphere to hydrogen helium mixed atmosphere, hating to 700-800 degrees C at rate of 2-3 degrees C/minute, keeping temperature for 4-5 hours, and naturally cooling. The mass ratio of graphene oxide, silicon oxide micropowder and graphite micropowder is 1:10-15:10-15. USE - Method for preparing graphene-coated silicone oxide cathode material.
