▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation method of electrochemical DNA sensor, involves preparing working electrode, where the working electrode is a modified glassy carbon electrode, using modified glassy carbon electrode as the working electrode, saturated calomel electrode as the reference electrode, and the platinum sheet as counter electrode to form a three-electrode system, inserting into a detection cell containing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) buffer solution with a concentration of 0.1 M and a pH of 7.4, and preparing electrochemical DNA sensor. USE - The method is useful for preparation of electrochemical DNA sensor which is used for detecting corn transgenic MIR162 (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method detects corn transgenic MIR162 with high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) electrochemical DNA sensor, prepared by the method; and (2) use of the electrochemical DNA sensor, for detecting corn transgenic MIR162.
