NOVELTY - The shifting unit has a liquid crystal layer (3) that is injected in gap between the upper and lower layer medium substrates (1,2). The lower surface of upper layer medium substrate is provided with metal patches (5) that are connected in series through connection line (6) such that the layer of metal micro-structure is formed. The upper surface of lower layer medium substrate completely covers a layer of graphene (4) such that the graphene electrode is formed. The lower layer medium base plate lower surface is covered with a metal layer (7) to form a metal ground electrode. USE - Graphene-based electrode reflective liquid crystal phase shifting unit. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based electrode reflective liquid crystal phase shifting unit has simple structure, small size, miniaturization, low processing difficulty and easy to process with low cost. The working bandwidth of the unit is effectively expanded. The working bandwidth of the phase shifting unit is greatly increased.
