NOVELTY - The method involves connecting a mixing device with an ultrasonic wave cleaner, where 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide water solution and 10-30 pts. wt. anhydrous ethyl alcohol are filled in the mixing device. Titanium oxide powder is slowly sprayed on edge graphene precursor solution. A hydro-thermal reaction kettle is hinged on a drying tank. Sol-gel is coated on a separating layer. Metal is coated on the tank, where coating thickness of the metal is about 200-500 nm. The metal is steel or stainless steel. USE - Graphene modified titanium oxide metal anti-corrosive coating preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing energy utilization rate, photo-cathode protection effect and immigration life.
