NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-based composite toe cap involves weighing 65-75 wt.% resin paste and 25-30 wt.% glass fiber woven fabric, coating resin paste on glass fiber woven fabric, attaching a separator on the upper surface and the lower surface of the glass fiber woven fabric, respectively, compacting to form a cap, stacking caps, sealing with polyvinyl ether oil paper, aging at 20-50 degrees C for 28-50 hours, cutting toe caps, removing separator on mats, stacking, placing in shoes, heating head mold and pressurizing. USE - Manufacture of graphene-based composite toe cap. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of lightweight graphene-based composite toe cap with improved mechanical properties, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and strength.
