NOVELTY - A reinforced wear-resistant gas pipe comprises inner layer, core layer, and outer layer. The inner layer is prepared from 90-94 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, and 4-7 pts. wt. graphene functional masterbatch. The core layer is prepared from 100-120 pts. wt. polyethylene graft resin. The outer layer is prepared from 90-95 pts. wt. block copolymer polypropylene and 3-6 pts. wt. graphene functional masterbatch. The gas pipe is prepared by adding the raw materials of inner layer, core layer and outer layer into a three-layer co-extrusion mold, performing co-extrusion outer layer treatment, and performing compound extrusion molding. The graphene functional masterbatch is prepared by weighing polyethylene resin, graphene, lubricant, antioxidant and light stabilizer, pre-treating graphene, putting the polyethylene resin, pretreated graphene, lubricant, antioxidant and light stabilizer into the internal mixer, banburying the mixture, and performing extrusion granulation. The outer layer is prepared from 90-95 pts. wt. block copolymer polypropylene and 3-6 pts. wt. graphene functional masterbatch. The pipe is prepared by adding the raw materials of the inner layer, core layer and outer layer into a three-layer co-extrusion mold, performing co-extrusion outer layer treatment, and performing compound extrusion molding at a temperature of 190-220 degrees C. The graphene functional masterbatch is prepared by weighing 40-50 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 85-95 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.5-1.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 1-2 pts. wt. light stabilizer, pre-treating graphene, putting the polyethylene resin, pretreated graphene, lubricant, antioxidant and light stabilizer into the internal mixer, banburying the mixture at a temperature of 140-165 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, putting the mixture into the granulation equipment, and performing extrusion granulation at a temperature of 180-195 degrees C for 30-40 minutes.
