NOVELTY - The component has a cathode material layer formed with silicon-based particles and graphite particles. The silicon-based particles are matched with a silicon element and a carbon element. Porosity alpha of the silicon-based particles and silicon content in the silicon-based particles is satisfied. The silicon content in the silicon-based particles is maintained at 20-60 percentages. Peak intensity ratio of D peak and G peak of the silicon-based particles is maintained at 0.2 to 3. A surface of silicon-based particle is maintained at carbon material. The carbon material comprises amorphous carbon, carbon nano-tube, carbon nano-particle and vapor deposition carbon fiber or graphene. USE - Cathode pole component for an electrochemical device of an electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode pole component effectively relieving silicon-based particles of embedded lithium expansion so as to improve circulation performance and expansion deformation of the electrochemical device.
