▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Desiccant comprises 30-40 pts. wt. calcium chloride, 15-20 pts. wt. wheat straw, 5-10 pts. wt. activated carbon, 15-20 pts. wt. modified starch, 10-15 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 10-15 pts. wt. glycerin, 3-6 pts. wt. silica, 8-15 pts. wt. ethanol, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-powder powder, 2-5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide-alginate, and 2-5 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone-graphene oxide. USE - The desiccant is useful for storing rice (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The desiccant: improves the hydrophilicity of the molecule, and hygroscopicity; is safe and non-toxic, has no pollution to the environment and rice; reduces the mold and insects of rice; has excellent dehumidification effect, preferably in summer; has excellent quality; and does not affect the quality of rice; has dense pore size, and excellent moisture absorption; and is easy to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the desiccant, (i) mixing calcium chloride, wheat straw, silica, and nano-powder powder and heating at 80-100 degrees C and fully stirring uniformly, and adding silica-alginate and polyvinylpyrrolidone-graphene oxide, heating at 80-180 degrees C, dissolving the mixture and cooling to room temperature, grinding and stirring uniformly in a heating mill rotating at 1000-2000 revolutions/minute (rpm)/minutes, taking out, and drying in a oven at 50-120 degrees C for 1-12 hours to obtain mixture I, (ii) adding activated carbon, modified starch and montmorillonite into the glycerin and ethanol, adding into the high-speed heating mixing mill, stirring and mixing at 1000-1500 rpm/minutes, (iii) adding the mixture obtained in the step (ii) into a high temperature heating homogenizer at 30-90 degrees C, subjecting microwave treatment at power 800 w for 10-30 minutes at microwave frequency of 2450 MHz, and mixing uniformly to obtain material II, (iv) mixing material I and material II, heating at 40-60 degrees C and stirring for 15-60 minutes, allowing to stand at room temperature at speed of 2000-3000 rpm/minutes at 20-40 degrees C, insulating and stirring 20-40 minutes, allowing to stand at room temperature to obtain mixed emulsion material, adding the mixture into the emulsifier to obtain dense emulsion material by emulsifier, placing milky material in a compact pore granulator to obtain porous desiccant.
