NOVELTY - Preparing high elastic environmentally-friendly plastic track particle, comprises (i) uniformly mixing rubber particles, natural rubber, polyethylene and modified polyether from polyether polyol, adding plasticizer, filling agent, foaming agent, sodium carbonate, inorganic filler, active agent and coloring material, mixing uniformly, thinning for at least five times, lower parking to obtain mixed rubber, the lower parking time is 20-30 hours, (ii) placing the mixed rubber into the open mill, refining, after 5-10 minutes, tabletting the mixed rubber, (iii) cooling, and (iv) crushing by a crusher. USE - The method is useful for preparing high elastic environmentally-friendly plastic track particle. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and is convenient. The particle has high elasticity, good tensile resistance, good wear resistance, weather resistance and aging resistance.
