▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based desulfurization adsorbent comprises 30-50 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. ammonia water, 40-50 pts. wt. aminobenzene, 20-30 pts. wt. triethylenediamine solution, 50-80 pts. wt. mixed load particles, and 20-30 pts. wt. potassium permanganate solution. USE - Graphene-based desulfurization adsorbent used in catalytic cracking gasoline or diesel fuel desulfurization process. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based desulfurization adsorbent has high desulfurization activity and abrasion resistance, and removes sulfur from cracked gasoline and diesel oil with minimal influence on octane number of the treated stream, and increases octane number of gasoline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based desulfurization adsorbent, which involves: (A) adding mixed load particles to potassium permanganate solution for oxidation treatment; (B) mixing graphene with the oxidized mixed load particles and triethylenediamine solution with stirring for 20-30 minutes at 110-130 degrees C; (C) mixing the dried graphene and the oxidized mixed load particles mixture with aminobenzene and ammonia water with stirring for 1-2 hours at 130 degrees C; and (D) calcining at 400-480 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere for 1-5 hours.
