▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesis of embedded metal nanoparticles of graphene involves dissolving glucose and dicyandiamide and its metal salt in deionized water, forming mixed solution of precursor, evaporating mixed solution of precursor to dryness at 75 degrees C, forming white solid powder, calcining under protection of nitrogen at 700-1200 degrees C, naturally cooling, and obtaining embedded metal nanoparticles of graphene product. The mass ratio of dicyandiamide and glucose is 20:1-40:1. The content of metal element in metal salt is 0.01-60 wt.% based on carbon content in glucose. USE - Synthesis of embedded metal nanoparticles of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables environmentally-friendly synthesis of embedded metal nanoparticles of graphene by simple and one-step reaction process, without generating toxic by-products.
