NOVELTY - Double-wall corrugated pipe material an outer wall and an inner wall, where the outer wall comprises chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C) resin, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene (MBS), polyethylene resin, grafted polyethylene solubilizer, light shielding agent, ultraviolet light absorber, strengthening agent graphene, lead-free calcium zinc stabilizer, lubricant, antioxidant 1010 (pentaerythritol tetrakis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamate)) and nano calcium carbonate. The inner wall comprises acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), PVC resin, processing modifier ACR, silicon dioxide, calcium zinc stabilizer, lubricant, antioxidant 1076 (octadecyl-3-3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionate), MBS and graphene. USE - Used as double-wall corrugated pipe material. ADVANTAGE - The double-wall corrugated pipe containing double-wall corrugated pipe material has good high-temperature resistance, high-friction resistance, and high strength, and is easily and economically manufactured with high performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of double-wall corrugated pipe comprising mixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene, polyethylene resin, grafted polyethylene solubilizer, light shielding agent, ultraviolet light absorber, strengthening agent graphene, lead-free calcium zinc stabilizer, lubricant, antioxidant 1010 (pentaerythritol tetrakis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamate)) and nano calcium carbonate, stirring evenly, cooling to ≮ 45℃, adding the outer wall component into barrel of the first main engine for processing to obtain outer wall material, mixing acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, PVC resin, processing modifier ACR, silicon dioxide, calcium zinc stabilizer, lubricant, antioxidant 1076 (octadecyl-3-3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionate), MBS and graphene, stirring, and cooling to ≮ 45℃, adding the inner wall component into barrel of the second main engine for processing to obtain inner wall material, and molding the outer wall material and inner wall material to obtain double-wall corrugated pipe.
