NOVELTY - A supercapacitor with three-dimensional nickel oxide-graphene composite material preparation method involves preparing nickel foam containing nickel hydroxide nanosheets by utilizing hot water. The nickel foam containing nickel hydroxide nanosheets is subjected to sintering process to obtain nickel foam containing nickel oxide nanosheets, followed by performing chemical vapor deposition and growing graphene on nickel foam containing nickel oxide nanosheets. USE - Method for preparing supercapacitor with three-dimensional nickel oxide-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the supercapacitor with three-dimensional nickel oxide-graphene composite material with better properties in a simple manner using readily available and inexpensive raw materials.
