▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene layers, comprises preparing aqueous suspension of graphite oxide, and filtering prepared aqueous suspension of graphite oxide through a porous polymer filter, where the nanoparticles of graphite oxide are deposited on surface of the porous polymer filter and forms a thin layer of graphite oxide. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene layers, which are useful as transparent electrodes (claimed) in electro-optical devices such as solar cells, solar batteries, liquid crystal displays, LCD monitors, and sensors, where the electrodes are useful for the production of different types of touch screens, solar cells, fiber optic segments, modulators, sensors and tranducers. ADVANTAGE - The method provides thin and transparent graphene layers with better quality and higher electro-conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphene layers, comprises preparing aqueous suspension of graphite oxide, and filtering prepared aqueous suspension of graphite oxide through a porous polymer filter, where: the nanoparticles of graphite oxide are deposited on surface of the porous polymer filter and forms a thin layer of graphite oxide; the porous polymer filter is a nucleopore polycarbonate membrane filter through which the aqueous suspension of graphite oxide is filtered into an aqueous media, which interacts destabilizing through the nucleopore polycarbonate membrane filter with the aqueous suspension of graphite oxide; graphite oxide nanoparticles are deposited on the surface of nucleopore polycarbonate membrane filter forming on it a thin layer of graphite oxide, which is flushed, dried and reduced with reducing agent to graphene; and the obtained graphene layer is flushed to remove the remains of reducing agent, and dried.
