NOVELTY - Catalyst loaded graphene modified polyester comprises graphene powder or graphene oxide powder loaded with catalyst, ethylene glycol, and terephthalic acid , and obtained by esterification and polycondensation reaction. USE - Catalyst loaded graphene modified polyester. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst loaded graphene modified polyester has good comfort, low processing cost, antistatic and anti-ultraviolet effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing catalyst loaded graphene modified polyester, which involves: (A) adding antimony trioxide and glycol into three-necked bottle, putting in electric heating sleeve, heating and stirring to react, condensing and refluxing, removing generated water, decompressing and distilling, removing residual little water in reaction process and unreacted glycol until reaction solution is clear and transparent, and thermally filtering; (B) putting graphite alkene powder or oxidized graphite alkene powder, vacuum drying, adding obtained filtrate, keeping, separating out crystal, filtering to obtain filter cake, and vacuum drying to obtain black loaded with catalyst of graphene powder; (C) mixing graphene powder loaded with catalyst to glycol in ultrasonic dispersion to obtain additive mixed solution; and (D) pulping, pressing terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol in esterification kettle for esterification reaction, adding additive mixed liquor, pressing polycondensation kettle to carry out condensation, cooling and granulating to obtain catalyst loaded graphene modified polyester.
