NOVELTY - A polypyrrole composite graphene comprises 110-130 pts. wt. pyrrole, 3-5 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. sucrose acetate isobutyrate, 2-4 pts. wt. ascorbic acid, 10-15 pts. wt. 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, 10-13 pts. wt. polymethylhydrosiloxane, and 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. platinum catalyst. USE - Polypyrrole composite graphene. ADVANTAGE - The polypyrrole composite graphene improves the graphene dispersion compatibility between the polypyrroles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of polypyrrole composite graphene, which involves (1) taking ammonium persulfate, adding to deionized water having weight of 25-30 times, and uniformly stirring, (2) adding graphene of 20-30 times of the total weight to 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid solution, ultrasonically processing for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing the precipitate with water, drying at room temperature, mixing with polymethylhydrosiloxane, adding to the mixed material of 3-4 times the weight of anhydrous ethanol, heat-preserving at 55-60 degrees C for 10-40 minutes, and distilling to remove ethanol to obtain alkylated graphene, (3) taking ascorbic acid and pyrrole mixture, adding to the mixed material of 10-13 times the weight of the deionized water, uniformly stirring, blending with the alkylated graphene, feeding to a reactor, inletting nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reactor to 65-70 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring for 3-5 hours, and discharging to obtain polypyrrole solution, and (4) taking 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, adding to the polypyrrole solution, uniformly stirring, adding platinum catalyst, increasing the temperature to 130-140 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 1-2 hours, adding sucrose acetate isobutyrate, stirring at room temperature, filtering, washing the filter cake with water, vacuum drying at 55-60 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, and cooling to room temperature.
