NOVELTY - Preparing siloxane modified graphene oxide comprises mixing and dispersing graphene oxide and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether to obtain a first dispersion liquid, adding amino-modified siloxane in a dropwise manner to the first dispersion, reacting at 40-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain a second dispersion liquid and dispersing the second dispersion liquid at high speed to obtain a siloxane-modified graphene oxide dispersion liquid, where the mass ratio of the graphene oxide, the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and the amino-modified siloxane is 2-5:100:0.4-5. USE - The method is useful for preparing siloxane modified graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The grapheme oxide makes spinning oil agent, which can be spread quickly on the surface of Spandex (RTM: Synthetic fiber) yarn and evenly coated on the surface of Spandex (RTM: Synthetic fiber) yarn, thus giving the Spandex (RTM: Synthetic fiber) yarn good sliding property and good unwinding properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a siloxane-modified graphene oxide prepared by above method; (2) a urethane elastic fiber spinning oil agent comprising 30-80% dimethyl silicone oil, 0.01-0.5% siloxane-modified graphene oxide, 20-60% mineral oil, 1-3% antistatic agent, 3-20% modified silicone oil and 2-10% surfactant; and (3) preparing spinning oil agent comprising mixing dimethyl silicone oil and siloxane-modified graphene oxide for dispersion, shearing and dispersing to obtain a colorless and transparent component A, mixing and reacting mineral oil and antistatic agent to obtain a first reactant, mixing and reacting the surfactant and the first reactant to obtain a second reaction product, mixing and reacting the modified silicone oil and the second reactant to obtain a component B, mixing and reacting the component A, the component B and dimethyl silicone oil to obtain a spinning oil agent.
